Why book directly from this website?

On the official website, you will have access to the best available rates. Booking is always easy and completely secure, and it is guaranteed by direct contact with our staff. There are no additional charges.

How far is the hotel from the train station?

The property is approximately 2 km from Garibaldi Station. Additionally, you can book our transfer service, which will take you to the hotel upon check-in and back to the station at check-out.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is divided into two time slots: from 7:00 to 9:30, and from 9:30 to 11:00. Upon arrival, you can choose the time slot that best suits you.

Is there parking available?

The property is partnered with a private parking facility nearby. You must request the service at the time of booking.

What are the check-in & check-out times?

Check-in is available from 13:00 to 00:00 (midnight). On the day of check-out, the room must be vacated by 10:00. *These hours also apply to the duration of parking in the lot.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash, Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), Debit Cards (Bancomat, Maestro, PostePay), and timely bank transfers are accepted. Payment must be made by the day of departure, and no payments are accepted after departure.

Is the bar service always available?

The bar service is available from 7:00 to 23:00.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are generally not allowed. However, management reserves the right to accept small dogs, up to 5 kg, during certain periods of the season, provided they do not disturb other guests, especially during rest hours, and do not stay in common areas, particularly in the dining room. A small additional fee is required for extra cleaning of the room.

Do you offer Wi-Fi connection?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available in both the rooms and common areas with a 100 Mega Fiber connection. The service is free.

What are the cancellation policies?

  • Refundable: You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If canceled within 7 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
  • Non-refundable: In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Each rate, offer, and package is subject to different cancellation policies. Please check them during booking.

 

What is the city tax?

€4.50 per person, per day, for a maximum duration of 14 days.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, at check-in a security deposit of €100.00 will be requested. It will be refunded at check-out or deducted from the total cost in case of early payment. For any further questions, please contact the property.
