At the time of booking, you can request the free assistance of our travel concierge, who will guide you in selecting and booking activities. Additionally, they will help you make the most of your stay and ensure that your experience in Naples is unforgettable.

Exclusive welcome

For your welcome, you can choose to be greeted by one of our staff members directly upon arrival at the airport or train station. Alternatively, the concierge can meet you at Piazza Francese for luggage retrieval and escort you to check-in.
A transfer service to/from the airport or Garibaldi Central Station is also available at a total cost of €50, which includes luggage fees.

For this reason, the breakfast at Poetica Hotel is exclusively Neapolitan: a selection of croissants, sfogliatelle, and typical pastries from the Neapolitan tradition, combined with a good Neapolitan espresso and/or cappuccino. These are the perfect choices to energize you for a day full of adventures awaiting you in the city.

Upon reservation or request, our bar can serve beverages and snacks à la carte directly to your room. If you prefer something more substantial, you may choose from the rich offerings the city provides. We will be happy to accept your food delivery and deliver it to your room.
